Insomnia is very serious reversal of what nature intended. Instead of rest and restoration there is anxiety and mental torture. Don’t take it lightly because it grows on you. Most insomniacs started with one unfortunate episode. To learn more first hand, read gayle Greene: Insomniac. to work on turning things around again there is a good new book: I Want to sleep - Unlearning Insomnia by: Siegfried Haug.
